You can't really do stuff with other NPCs unless it's cutscene involved. To get anything like this, gain enough affection towards an NPC. You can get dialogue from the NPCs.

Museum

Just collect rocks and put it in there (Talk to Auriga infront of the counter, while holding the item you want to give)

Harbor

Only a market stand exists there. Closed on weekends, and seemingly Wednesdays.

General Store

Sells seeds, ingredients. You can make crafts by pressing the interact button while standing infront of the box on the counter.

Hydra works here.

Opens at 8 except Wednesdays.

Leo's House

Buy spirits, wood, stone, and feed.

Whatever character you don't play as, lives there.

Town hall

Gemini, and Auriga's house. You can purchase house upgrades.

The house next to the Blacksmith

Carina, Hydra, and Libra lives there.

Adult plant shop (Opens at 8)

Blacksmith

Caelum, Lyra, and Virgo lives there.

Opens at 8

Purchase upgrades on your house, barns, and tools.

Library

The sparkly areas in the Library are interactable. Lets you have information on all characters, and the lore. There's an option to get all scenes unlocked but it's a permanent decision for the save you use. Unknown if it actually applies to all saves.

Cancer pretty much lives here.

Cave at the beach

You need 401 Vigor once you reach the dragon. You need a diamond watering can to proceed. rest is unknown.
